Since moving to New York City in 2016, Michael has found a particular interest in LGBTQ history. After spending two years in the city reading about the history of the village and learning about gay leaders of the movement, Michael decided to share his knowledge of LGBTQ history with others, creating Christopher Street Tours in May 2018. When not giving tours, Michael is working on a historical fiction novel about the Stonewall Riots. In addition to reading up on gay history, Michael also enjoys iced coffee, writing in local cafes, and tulips in Central Park.
